It is the goal of Rutgers University to provide
the opinions of the New Jersey Courts in a timely fashion. In the
normal course of business, this means that the database will be updated
at approximately 11:00a.m., and cases will be available to the public by
noon on the same day that they are released by the Courts.
Users should be aware, however, that occasional hardware, software, or other difficulties do arise, and delays may occasionally happen. For this reason, although cases will be available on the day of release in the vast majority of cases, Rutgers does not guarantee that this will always be the case. We guarantee only that we will do our best to provide the most timely service possible.
Users should also be aware that while the case database is being updated, it will be unavailable for short periods of time. If you are using the system between 10:30a.m. and 12:00 noon, and find that you cannot access the cases, please wait 15 minutes, then try again.
